Hi, I was wondering, I just went to the bank today to pay my bill, but the thing is I have no gotten my bill yet, so I went in and put 30$ on my account(My bill is 29$) now that the money is put on my account will that be taken off and put towards my bill?

Yes.

Due to the short time frame your ebill may not reflect the credit on your "soon to arrive" ebill, but it will indeed go toward your bill.

So that 30$ I put in will pay for my bill?

I tend to try & carry a negative balance on my account, especially when I travel in case I forget to pay while I'm away.
It's usually just the equivalent of a month or two's bill.
