You'll have to call customer service and explain the situation and see if they will change it for you but I wouldn't be surprised if they can't but hey you never know if you don't try right. Good Luck :-)

The number to call is *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone.

You may hear a message about being $5 for assistance. That only applies for things you can do on self-serve that you call-in for. You won't be charged to call when you're have an issue
