Purchased phone online as new line on existing account.Put in SIM but says no service.Account shows no new phone.How do I set up?

New phone arrived - quickly. Purchased on TAB to set up as a new line for daughter on our existing account. Put in SIM but phone says no service. Log into account but no new phone number on exisiting account? How do I set up new phone line. No instructions in the box . Or did the phone come before Koodo set up the work in our account?

Hi Kelly, did you receive an email with the info your looking for, check your spam folder as well as it may have went there depending on your email perimeters.
