Hi, I purchased the $60 plan yesterday from your booth at central city. The phone showed "no Service" for almost an hour after the lady put in the new Sim. She said it should work in a few hours due to the high volume you were experiencing. I have no service even now. When I went on line I noticed that my number was not even registered! I have tried reaching a customer service rep at 1-866-995-6636 but I only get a recorded message sayng that all lines are busy, Please call back later. What do I do? I am a medical student and I need my phone !

Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again?
Also make sure your SIM Card is seated in the SIM tray of your phone properly

I tried that. When checked on line, it says my phone isn't registered yet??

I'm in the same boat and use my phone for work. The rep at the store said a couple hours... Now almost a full day later and still no service. I've tried restarting the phone, removing and replacing SIM card, changing airplane mode and all combination of the above in different orders. No luck.

Koodo is swamped with the amazing Christmas deal they have on right now so all I can say is be patient if you've talked to them already or try sending them Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
