Hi, I purchased the $60 plan yesterday from your booth at central city. The phone showed "no Service" for almost an hour after the lady put in the new Sim. She said it should work in a few hours due to the high volume you were experiencing. I have no service even now. When I went on line I noticed that my number was not even registered! I have tried reaching a customer service rep at 1-866-995-6636 but I only get a recorded message sayng that all lines are busy, Please call back later. What do I do? I am a medical student and I need my phone !
