Purchased more data but it’s not working

I purchased 2 more GB of data for 20$ each and got confirmation emails yet when I go to open apps or internet it’s not working and yes I have turned the data on. I’ve reset my phone and it’s still not working.

Are you a prepaid or monthly customer? Can you check if your cellular data was turned on. Settings --> Cellular --> Cellular Data --> ON.
