Purchased a Koodo tab yesterday no email

Purchase a Koodo tab yesterday and I am a existing customer and did not receive a confirmation email as it states in Koodo website I will receive after purchase. I have check my spam and regular email but nothing. No my tab says -360$ I purchased the moto x play. Hope you can help. Thank you

It could be an unusual delay...if you don't get anything after a few days I would contact Koodo about it. It processed as you say the tab shows as -360.
