my Samsung galaxy S II is asking for a PUK code. I was trying to put a pin code and when I hit enter, it was asking me for a PUK code to continue. I dont know my PUK code, can u somebody help me. I already did the factory reset but when I put back my sim and memory card it was still doing the same.

I believe you will have to contact Koodo directly, Ybiang... PUK code means you have typed in your PIN wrong 3 times and the phone will remain locked even after a factory reset.

Don't think they give PUK codes with the phones though... you'd have to call them. The number is 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) (taken from http://koodomobile.com/en/bc/contact....)

You will indeed need to call in for the puk code. Don't try to guess it. If the wrong code is entered 10 time it will permanently lock your sim card.

Timo is right, Do not try more since you can burn your SIM, call Koodo and they will be in the position of providing to you the code!

I'm curious why you are repeating answers.
