My cell is asking for a puk number.. How do I find it ?

Call customer service, they'll have it. *611 or 1-866-995-6636. Press 0 a bunch of times to skip the menus.

Jonathan is right. You will need to get the PUK code from Koodo at *611.

Just so it doesn't happen again, you can set up a SIM card block on your device to require an unlock code when the device starts up. It just makes it so you can't have your phone stolen and used with your phone number.
