public mobile transfer; cannot complete registration

coming over from public mobile and following simple instructions that came with the SIM card I received today... I created my self serve account but that's it... I don't have an account number so I couldn't enter one... when I click on the "Login now" button from the registration email, all I receive is this:

You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

Please help!

You should have received and email and you clink on thr link in the email to set up your account.
You may need to contact Koodo and get them to resend the email, you can send them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter

So it looks like the email had either already been used for another Koodo account, or you used the wrong one when signing up with Koodo. You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get your account reset and you'll be able to do it then.

I have the same problem.  Ordered two SIM cards for two phones I'm moving over from Public Mobile.  I get the same error message when I try to log into my self-service account.  So far trying to get attention on Twitter hasn't worked today.

When did you send the message? it could take 12- 24 hours for them to get it back to you.
