I signed up for the 5gb/$40 as a PM customer 2 weeks ago and now my account says 4gb instead of 5gb. I am also not seeing the $100 credit. How do we fix this?

The credit should take time to appear. As for the 1gb not showing you can send a private lessons to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to find out if there's an issue somewheres

Hi Rosa,
How did you set it up? Did you receive any contract? Was it a plan with 5GB bucket or 4GB+1bonus? I would double check the usage section to make sure.
