Currently in the self-serve area, users can see their data and message usage for the last 90 days, and have to look at each of their bills to see airtime usage. I suspect that most users, like me, have a hard time estimating how much actual usage they need over the long term. Providing usage info for a longer period for data, message and airtime (without having to review each bill) would be a big help to users to help get a handle on what their actual needs are. Having data for the last 6 months would be good... for the last year would be great!
