Provide a callback option instead of waiting on hold...

Seems like most other call centres give this option now?

The Koodo assistant has this feature. I think the push is for customers to extinguid online help options first

I'd use the Koodo assistant before calling. Works way better and sometimes you get prioritized

Dennis, Robert--I don't think either of these two things should invalidate canuck4life's request.  Many people are just going to go right to calling in rather than using an assistant or trying to find their answer online somehow.  I'm not saying that's the right thing to do, but why not offer that same callback option once you're on hold anyway?

I think koodo. Already has that option. It just gets switched on and off for whatever reason

They switch it on when the hold times go beyond x number of minutes, or something along those lines.
