I have just suspended my service as I lost my phone today. I am assuming that wherever it is lying, someone has picked it up and taken it with them.

Is there a way to lock my SIM card? Specifically, it is not password protected and I am worried about someone having my Contacts numbers and/or more importantly, going through my texts.

If it was an android device, try going to https://www.google.com/android/device... and see if you can locate/wipe it

Hi Elisa, if you suspended your phone already, the SIM card will be locked and can't be used with Koodo. However, it doesn't mean its content won't be accessible. I also suggest that you call us so we can verify that everything is fine on your account. We can be reached at 1-866-995-6636 from another phone, option #5. Thank you!
