I purchased my Samsung S8 through Koodo in December and am going to use my Samsung warranty to replace the battery.  They said I need a proof of purchase but I the only thing I had was the papers I got when I signed up for Koodo.  Are there any ways view/print a receipt online?

Hi Carlson,

I would suggest you check your email, there should be a HFO.... number with the order of the phone. I think that one would have the IMEI of the phone and date of purchase and could be used to validate with samsung.

I did this in store at a kiosk and don't think I got a receipt electronically.

Then the contract at the time of upgrade should have included the imei of the phone and the date of upgrade. That would be sufficient I believe. I am not sure if you could ask for it online. But you could try. I would suggest you send a message to Koodo facebook or email them.

Ususlaly when you buy it in store, you get a receipt with the phone one model on it. It should be with the big pile of paper that you have.

Easy to get a new copy only if you got it on a Tab. 1-866-99-KOODO
The service provider must also provide the customer with a permanent copy of the contract in the format of the customer’s choosing (electronic or paper) upon request at no charge, at any time during the commitment period.
