Problems with electronic billing.

I received an email telling me my electronic statement is ready. I looked at the statement and prepared to pay the amount owing. However, when I go to pay the bill, the system tells me the balance is 0 and I cannot pay more than 30% ahead. But I owe money. Why send me the bill if I cannot pay it?

How can I pay my bill? I waited 24 hours to see if there was a delay in the billing system. Still, I cannot pay my bill.

Depending when your bill date is, it can take up to 3 business days to view the details. It is very possible the system sent you the notification prematurely.
