how come when i click on "manage account" or "monthly customers" under self serve it always bring me to my profile page. i cant look at the plan or anything, it just brings me to my security questions/password stuff like that.

You should be registered with main owner email, if not, Manager account owner should allow you access, else re-register as account owner. if still not working call *611 for more help

Hi there Sara... If you are having issues logging in, you may call *611 and Customer Service will be in the position of re-seting your profile so you can have access again, they will send an e-mail and all you have to do is follow the instructions... Probably there is another e-mail or number linked to your account that needs to be removed to have proper access...

i literally just set my email up and logged in. once i clicked on those, it just brings me back to update my stuff.

Give Koodo a call as suggested earlier. We can fix it up for you. Just be by your computer when you call so that way the agent you speak with can stay on the line to make sure it gets set up with no errors :)

Hey Sara,

I had the same issue when I first tried to sign up for Self Serve. This usually happens when the initial set up had some errors. Call Customer Service or *611 on your Koodo Cell and ask them to reset your Self Serve account and then set it up with them again. After this, the problem should be gone.

Did you check your email to verify the account? If not, then go into your email and check your inbox AND junk mail. You need to verify the account first before you can view anything.
If that doesn't work you can either go into a KOODO shop and they can assist you, or you can all Customer Service and they will be able to resend the verification email to you.
