Just hooked up with Koodo yesterday, trying to set up my self serve thingie on the internet with your emails and keep getting booted off or told theres system problems! Tried 3 times now!!!

What browser are you using Bonnie, and what type of computer? (Windows desktop, Linux laptop, phone, or.......?)
windows desktop and by browser, do you mean outlook express?

Outlook express is an email program, the browser would be internet explorer, Mozilla firefox, Google chrome, etc.

What error messages are you getting if you are still having trouble?
After i type in my pin#, it comes up "service not available...experiencing technical difficulties and try again" 3 days in a row now...i called #611 earlier, lady said she'd check it out and get back to me. Thanks
