Problems with credits and joining accounts

My husband and I recently combined our accounts under one. This is the first month with our combined bill. It seems that his old account has a $41 and our combined bill is about $41 MORE than I expected it to be. This should all balance out BUT how do I get Koodo to apply his credit to our joint account so I don't actually have to fork out the extra $41?
