Problems with account activation

I went into a Koodo store today and bought a prepaid plan. When I came home to activate all went smoothly except that my session timed out before I could hit the final 'activate my account'. However, when I try to redo the activation it says my SIM card is invalid and my account is already active. When I try to sign into my account it says my email is not associated with an account. My phone reads that I have a number attached to my SIM, but online when I try to register to an account it says "my" number is not in use. On top of that, the SIM is not able to send or receive messages (i.e. not active). Please help!

Since this is something that you are not able to resolve on-line, call customer service and they should be able to fix things up for you without a service charge. 1-866-995-6636 or 647-788-4337 from any phone.
