Problems switching to Koodo

I just switched to Koodo and my phone cannot connect to the internet. The phone otherwise works fine. The people at Best Buy confirmed their is nothing wrong with my Samsung SIII and the data blocker is not on. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is this phone originally a Non-Koodo phone? If it is, you need to set your APN settings:
