Problems registering with self serve

Trying to register for self serve, but it says I’m still waiting to be approved and my confirmation email expired. I’m hoping to either restart the process or receive a new email.

Koodo will need to confirm your access to the account in order to resend the activation email. Since they cannot do this on a public forum, you will need to contact them directly. For issues of this nature, Facebook messenger is probably the best option. It may take longer, but it will save having to wait on the phone.

If I might add to what @Timo Tuokkola have already said. Koodo takes it very seriously in terms of potential fraud or compromising someone's account so if they spot anything suspicious going on during registration they will suspend this process immediately.
