When did you get it? You can try a factory reset after backing it up. Going further could void your warranty, I forget if Motorola does if you flash your device but at any El rate if the hard factory reset doesn't do it, I'd make use of the warranty if you still have it and send it in.
There is a strange bug with some of the Moto devices. Quite a few people have fixed it by going into guest mode from owner. Go to settings - users - switch to "guest" - switch back to "owner".
If you have the ability to do this than try, if not or of it doesnt work than try a factory reset.
