problems moving my number to Koodo

e’re having problems moving your number to  Koodo.

Hello JUNHYEOK,

We’ve been trying to reach you to let you know that the information you provided to move your number to Koodo is incomplete or it didn’t match the information provided by your previous service provider. 

You won’t be able to receive calls until you provide us with the correct information.  Call us at 1-844-232-7678 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 10 pm or Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 8pm) and we’ll help you complete your request or assign you a new number.

If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, a new phone number will be assigned to you.

But I have a bad englsih skill. So I can't understand what they are saying. I called to seller and asked them to check my information. But they said there is no problem. Is there anything way to contact Koodo with chat?

What they are saying is: your porting hasn't been completed. There was some problem with
matching your information (that you provided) and other carrier information. Due to that, they could not move your number from previous carrier to Koodo.

What they asked you is to call 1-844-232-7678 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 10 pm or Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 8pm), so they can help you to port. If you don't call that number (1-844-232-7678) within 30 days, they will give you a new number.

You can try to contact Koodo by Private Message to their Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account. Include the email sent you, and your phone number so they can find the account. Also describe your language barrier, and they should be able to help you out, no different than someone who is hearing impaired.
