I paid my bill but my phone isn't working?

hello i pay my bill yeastarday and i call service to turn on my phone and i am not available now to call or to do nothing...can u help me and get my phone on?

Did you try *611 to call service? If your phone is not working call koodo from a landline. Keep in mind if you paid your bill through online banking it can take up to 5 business days until that gets processed.

Hello Mala,

Your phone has been suspended possibly due to non-payments. No sweat though, call in to our customer service on a different phone @ 1-866-995-6636 to get your phone reactivated. Since, it is a fresh payment, it normally takes a few days for the payment to go through especially if you paid through the bank. So make sure to have your reference number handy.
