Problems changing my phone number

I'm trying to switch my number online through Koodo self serve, but it keeps telling me it was rejected because my account number is wrong. I've checked the number ten times now and it is not wrong. Please help!

Are you trying to port in a number or just change it? At which point do you get the error?

Are you trying to change your number within same province one or different province number?

Try clearing browsing history and try again.
If you still have issues, I would call tech support. *611 and option 6
Tell them you tried change the number through self serve, but you got error message saying " your account number is wrong".
They will help you :) 
(and there is no charge for this call since you tried and can't do it)
