Having problems been charged with data I didn't use was told it would be taken off my account put the wrong password in to access my account and called to get a new one but won't let me get a new password would someone please help me with this mess

Under the log in section, click on forgot password. Answer the security question and you'll be able to set up a new password.

What was the reason they gave you over the phone for not giving you a new password to your online Self Serve account?
