Problem signing in to self serve.

I've been trying to log on to koodo self serve for a couple of days now and it keeps telling me to put in a new email address after I log in. I did put in a new email address and validated it only for it to do the same thing after I log in... I can't log on to the koodo self serve app either.

Give Koodo a call *611 and get them to help you with the login issue.

Marcus has the solution, the cause of the problem is the fact that your login is setup as an account manager and not the account owner. This usually happens because the email address was entered incorrectly when the account was initially setup, often due to a typo when the email address was entered at the time of purchase. It is an easy fix for customer service though, and they should have you up and running in under 10 minutes.

As one of the humans who takes calls all day for Koodo at that *611 number, I take offense at that. *611, option 5 for customer service.
