Problem with upgrading my current plan to a new one ???

I tried upgrading my current phone plan ($40/month) to the new $45 dollar plan that expires on May 3rd but when I tried upgrading it, I wasn't given the option to choose that new phone plan...Can anyone help me understand why this is happening ? Thanks.

If you have a tab balance you would have to pay that off first as the new plans are based on the new tab system so the $45 plan is the no tab price. I don't believe it is available to switch on the website yet but if your tab is paid off or if you want to pay it off just call koodo and they will help you switch it over! 1 866 995 6636 or *611 from any koodo cell
