Problem with the activation of the sim card

I bought a prepaid plan a week ago and I am still trying to activate my sim card. Every time i arrive at the select a new number/or enter your previous number (and see if it is still available) page, I can't continue I click on the button "continue" and nothing happen. I guess it's because they're asking me to enter my calling area but it's the same problem I can't click on or enter anything. I have tried with google chrome, safari, mozilla even from a cell phone and an other computer nothing worked ! Please can someone help me

It could be an issue with the system, Maybe wait till the morning and give Customer support a call. Let them know the issues you are having, Sorry you are having a hard time doing it through self serve.
