problem with prepaid SIM card

I bought a pre paid SIM card from a store and added an extra $5 to the $20 cost of the sim so I could have unlimited texts for $15 and 100 minutes for $10. when I active the sim online the extra $5 wasn't on my account so now I only have 25 minutes instead of 100. how do I fix this?

You need to select a booster manually, Aidan and I guess you accidentally picked the one with 25 minutes. If you have the additional $5 as credit, you can contact Koodo with a private message on Facebook and and ask if they can change the booster for you... no promises but they might, since you're new :)
