Problem with monthly and prepaid account.

Hi, I am a prepaid customer, but I want to change it to a monthly plan. When I try to log in my monthly account, after creating it, it says that my account is already linked to another account and waiting for approval by the administrator. I didn't find a way o approve my monthly account yet.

The "You're still waiting to be approved" message usually happens when two email addresses are associated with an account somehow. The first email address is the Owner / Administrator of the account, and must approve subsequent email addresses (other people) as managers for the account. Seems like you may have created an account (possibly in the  near or distant past), and then attempted to access the account with a different email address.

A quick PM to Koodo's Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account should clear things up without spending more time on the phone. Send a message linking to this post, and they should be able to fix things in short order.
Yeah ok but I sent 3 message to your Facebook and Twitter with no responses for now more than 12 hours.
I do not have the possibility to approve my monthly account in my prepaid account or from the confirmation of the new monthly account.

How did you open your monthly account?
They need to run a credit check when you open your monthly account. Have they done that?
I didn't know you can create your monthly SS account before you activate account...

As Mayumi says, you need credit approval. The easiest way to open a post paid account is at a Koodo retailer. They can collect your information and set up an account. They can also provide you a new SIM card if needed, and make sure your phone works on your new account.
