Problem with accessing self serve addons one the app and online

I recently went over my data plan accidentally so I want to get a data addon. However, neither the app nor the website will apparently let me do this. Neither will going in to my local store. I called Koodo and was on the phone with them for a while, but I just don't have time for that. When i click manage addons on the website it goes to a black page. Can this please get fixed? It should not be this difficult to add to my plan.

Although it does not address your access issue, Koodo does not offer data add-ons through self serve. Some plans text you the opportunity to add more data once you hit 100% of your data, while others just allow you to consume data at the overage rate of your plan.
