Problem to pay with credit card

Dears, 

I have tried to pay my bill since 01-Nov-16 and the system refuse to accept my credit card  information. 


It is my second monthly bill. I did not have any problem the first month to pay my bill only. But now I got this problem. 


Please check the system and let me know how can I pay. My due date is on 04-Nov-16. So, I want to pay ASAP.

Dears I have the same problem as my wife. 

We both have paid the first month with our credit cards and this second month we cannot do it, and the system mentions the following warning:

"The transaction didn't go through. Please re-enter your information or try a different payment method."

Can you pls dial #123 and press 3 for payment? We are looking into why some customers are encountering this. Thanks for your understanding!

I tried right now to make the payment through #123 and the system did not accept my credit card. Seems that by phone there is the same problem as online.

Does your credit card billing address match the address Koodo has on file?

Probably no. I am not sure which address has Koodo, but I contracted the service before moving to my current address. However I paid the first month with my credit card without problem.
