When I log in to self serve I just have "my profile" tab. What should I do?
I cant check my usage and bills.

Call Koodo *611 (its a free call).

Seems like your self serve account may have been setup incorrectly (possibly as an account manager and not owner)

I called 611. It was because I was trying to log in with an incorrect email.
