Problem in making calls

I changed my base plan to 40$ unlimited calling on 8th Feb 2018 but today on 5th Feb I am not able to make any calls. My plan in profile states that base plan is going to end on 9th and it will be automatically topped up but I am not able to make calls.

Was it working before?  Are you trying to call within province or other province?
($40 base plan includes Province wide calls)

Yes it was working up-till today, I heard 3 beeps and then next minute call got disconnected. The call was made from Waterloo, ON to Mississauga, ON

OK. Then it should be working.
Can you try restarting  your phone and make calls again?

I tried to call after restarting but still it is saying we cannot complete your call. Can you tell me how to port my number to other service? I am tired of Koodo.

Your account have to be active when you port your number.

 If your plan expired soon, then you should porting process before its expired.

@Debashish: the $40 (35) plan includes  "Unlimited Province-wide Calling". Are you and the receiver having same province area codes?  https://www.koodomobile.com/prepaid-plans

Have you tried to test if you can call other people, and can you receive any calls?
