Problem changing to $45 per month Unlimited minutes 2 GB of Shock-Free Data

I tried to change my plan to the promotional $45.00/2 gig plan. If I click on the link it will not add it to the cart. I will show me instead the My account screen and if I continue to try to change the plan it does not show up any more, just the regular plans. Since the promotion ends 19th Feb. I will be out of time to do this. Please Help.
I the past I tried to change to the 6gig plan which was offered around Christmas but I could not get in contact with Koodo by phone.

Hi Markus,
If you want to change your current rateplan, you would have to log in, --> view rateplan --> Change my plan. The $45 2GB should be there if you are eligible (also make sure you choose the correct province on the top right).

I tried again a few minutes ago and the new promo plan showed in the list and I was able to change it. Thanks.
