Problem after changing email

I changed my email address, clicked on link to validate it in an email I recieved. I can log in with my new email address just fine now but when I want to go to 'Self serve' it says this:

You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

What is the problem please? thank you

Hi Marian, If I'm not mistaken I believe you would receive an email to the old email address that you need to respond to and approve the new email.

I believe I've seen this before when folks ADD an additional email address rather than changing the address. It may not be perfectly clear in the Self-serve site.
