Problem accessing information on Self-Serve

how do I access information on usage, billing, etc on self-serve? All I get is a a yellow box on a blue box. It also tells me s me I have no balance owing, yet I got Koodo sent me a text message saying I owe $172.80 by May 23.!!!!

Can you clear your browser cache and try logging in again? It just remains a mostly blank page with no real menu options? If so you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out

What browser are you using Renee? You could try another one, or clean out your cookies. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Yikes... well in that case you may need to contact Koodo - as Goran suggested private message on Facebook or Twitter is probably the easiest way!

Have you accessed your selfserve before? and did you have another account with Koodo?
I was thinking that you might have logged into the wrong account.
