how do I access information on usage, billing, etc on self-serve? All I get is a a yellow box on a blue box. It also tells me s me I have no balance owing, yet I got Koodo sent me a text message saying I owe $172.80 by May 23.!!!!
Can you clear your browser cache and try logging in again? It just remains a mostly blank page with no real menu options? If so you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out
