There is a neat piece of software 'Cute-PDF' which allows you to print to a PDF file as though it were a printer. It allows you to create virtual paper sizes larger than the page Koodo publishes. This gets around the CTRL-P issue.
You could also cut and paste to a Word document, and manipulate from there.
Is there a need to have a paper copy of your invoice? You could save it to a disk for future retrieval.
