I recently bought the Moto G for $200 dollars, Actually paid 50 for it on the tab. however the website says that the phone retails for $150 can someone explain the difference in price.

Give customer service a call and explain the situation.

We can't do any thing here because we are customers too.

The price has been dropped. If you're within 15 days of your purchase, you can go to the store and request a partial refund. Otherwise, you may be out of luck, though it's not impossible to still get a $50 credit by phoning customer service (as Chad recommended).

The difference in price would be $50.

In all seriousness, they might be able to help with a credit but they are not obligated to. They would take into account the date you got the phone versus the date of the price. If they are close together, I could see them giving some sort of reimbursement.

I don't think companies are expected to provide a credit for something you bought that goes on sale a week later.

But as we all know the remedy is easy. Simply return it with the allowabel period. Too bad you can't return a car though. :-)

Bunch of hooplah, I will refund and resell any phone if the price drops or there's some type of gift card offer on new acts. within 14 days.

No doubdt, but it's a pain for me to return a phone with all my contacts etc. and to start setting up a new phone again. I'd just like the credit if I could. :-)

Who said anything about returning the phone? All we'd do is refund your invoice and resell the phone. We don't even have to touch the account.
