I purchased a LG G6 last week from a Koodo dealer in Toronto for $220 on a small tab and just noticed that it has now dropped to $120. How do I get the $100 back, as I am within the 14 day return policy period? I asked the store that I bought it from and they said as per the corporate  policy the dealers are not allowed to process credit.. Thanks!

Where did you buy the phone from?

You are legally allowed to return the phone within 15 days.

I know I can return and get a new one at the reduced price but That's not what I'm looking for.  I like the phone and the G6  is out of stock at most Koodo's .

Simply want Koodo to do a price match.  I like them to simply treat it like a return and new activation on paper and give me the $100 credit.  Most companies offer price match at least within the return policy period.

Hi Dennis or Koodo official Rep,   I am still waiting for a response.  I bought the phone from Woodside Mall in Scarborough(Toronto) The Sales Rep there said I have to call Customer service if I want to get the price difference or I have to return the phone.  I can't get through to customer service.  Today I called another Koodo store and the Rep there said the Woodside mall store should give me the credit.  He said that the reps there may not be properly trained.  Can you pls respond.  the time is running out for me to get the credit.  I bought the phone on Dec 11th.  thx

When a rep said they could do something to your account, like credit or discount, you should take note and ask him/her to write it in your account. When you come to stores later, you could always ask the agent look at the note and take action.

If time is running out and the guy at store denied the credit, it is time to return it and get the new one.

Thx Lloyd. These guys at Woodside won't even do that. They said if I return the phone it has to go back to inventory. They can't sell it back to me. I am going back to the store tomorrow to put up a fight.
I was in the same situation last week, I noticed the price drop. I sent an email to Koodo when the 15 days period was about to end, they answered 2 weeks after and refused to help. I had to argue a lot and spoke with a supervisor and they gave me the credit. The supervisor told me that even outside the 15 days period, if you have been a long time customer, they would accomodate.
