Price guarantee

I just read the terms and agreement and apparently koodo can change your plan at will unless it has price guarantee. How do I tell if my plan has price guarantee? It's the $40/6gb promo from switching from PM to koodo.

Price guarantee = fixed term contract. Koodo does not offer such contracts any more, but also in practice has not increased the price of customer plans. Based on past actions, I would not worry about needing a Price Guarantee.

I think that with the wireless code, the provider is not allowed to change your plan during your tab period.  After your tab period, any carrier can change the terns of the plan with 30 days notice.  I have heard this happen for Bell, Rogers, and Virgin.

I know Fido places restrictions on purchasing new devices through them without a plan change sometimes or older plans.

So far, Koodo has not done either of these things.  However, they could if they ever wanted to.  They are well within their rights

Koodo will not change your plan just because... Keep in mind, that if one day you will need to upgrade and use the TAB, you have to meet the minimum TAB requirements to keep your plan...
