I just have a flip phone, and a card.  I would like a cell phone plus plan for seniors.  I do not use my phone much.  just when needed.  Thank you.

I don't use mine much, either, but at the end of the month it is a few hundreds of minutes, and a GB or so of data. I, too, would like to see a seniors plan.

How much do you use your phone, and what are your expectations?

Not that much.  100 min plan?

I find your service very slow, unprofessional, and confusing.

Judy, we are likely not the best choice for you. While we have some great offers bear in mind our service is predominantly self help supported. We only provide ebills, you have to manage your account online and you get help when you needed from other customers most of the time rather than us. If that still sounds like something you don't mind than welcome aboard!

You should seriously consider telus prepaid.

For 10$ a month I have the Starter 10 plan

50 messages

50 minutes for 10$ and 30 days.

They have other plans too.

Perfect for seniors who just want to have a phone around for casual contact.

The OP indicated she also wants Internet, which would add at least $10 more to the Telus plan, bringing Koodo's offerings back in range, cost wise.

If you just want very occasional voice calls or texts, Telus' $100 for a year is a good choice.
