Prepaid sim card

I lost my prepaid sim card, then got a new one, changed the sim number on self serve and clicked on the lost/stolen phone section and still coudnt activate it.How do I activate the new prepaid sim card I got?

Go under "mobile phone" and go to "swap mobile phone" and choose "new sim card" and proceed with the steps. I don't know what you were trying to do with the lost/stolen section but it's completely irrelevant.

I'm I am confused Did you change the Sim card And then click on lost / stolen?

If you did in that order he reported ne w sim card as lost. I think your best bet here's to call customer service in the morning. You may require a new Sim card.

If she did, doing the exact same thing will reverse it. "Unsuspend service"
