As my top-ups are $5 greater than my charges, yet my balance is $0.
This error came to my attention when I tried adding both booster packs and only one worked. My balance was $25, but it should of been $30, so I needed to add another $5 to get the data booster package as well.
Who/how do I contact to get my $5 added to the account? Don't want to call and get charged x sum for only $5.
