I have a Android phone, is there an activation fee to transfer it to prepaid??

No activation fee, but you will need to buy a Prepaid Sim Card and also a Voucher to top up your account and start the services... Approach the store for more details and the SIM and also check the info on this link http://help.koodomobile.com/prepaid

Yes. It has to specifically be a PREPAID sim card. There is a difference between monthly sim cards and prepaid sim cards. It costs $20 but you get a $20 activation credit so it evens out.
