prepaid account credit from koodo not valid?

I started a prepaid plan 1 month ago. I bought a $50 top up voucher and a $10 long distance plan. I received a $20 credit for on line activation. That left a $10 credit on my pre paid account. I topped up with a $25 voucher and a $15 dollar voucher. I still have 60 minutes left on my long distance booster and so do not require another right now. My account reads $50 but I got a text message that there is not enough money in my account to cover my base plan. Do I need to add more money? Is my $10 credit no longer recognized?
