Prepaid to Postpaid

I just switched from Prepaid to postpaid. But after registration it says that my approval is still pending. My postpaid is not yet working until now.

I did it lastnight. After registration, I received an email that it was successful however when I click the link it says I’m still waiting for an approval from the owner who is technically just me.

Hi there - is your phone itself working?
I found an account matching your info. but it shows as tentative - meaning activation is still pending to be completed. 
If this was done at a kiosk, it should have been completed at that time, so I'm not sure why it would still be pending. Once we know the status of the phone, we can help troubleshoot further.

Yes my phone is working perfectly. I have a prepaid account which uses same username and email but I’ve just changed the email/ username like an hour ago just to check if my postpaid would work already. Unfortunately it does not. I received an email just now that my postpaid username was changed as well which I didn’t initiated.

Hey there! As Ranjan mentioned the account is still in pending status. Your best bet is to revisit the store with everything you left there with. The agents at the store should be able to get you up and running.

I will also make sure to send feedback to the store to prevent this from happening to anyone else :)
