Prepaid talk (and data) add on not working, tops up credit, again!

I have a Koodo prepaid. Add on goes directly to credit, not as an active talk add on. Cannot even call to customer service. Had an important call to make this morning, and still can't make it. Call is to neighbor city, and should be covered with my base plan, but it is not! This is the second time similar happends, and last time cusomer service blamed me, to use a wrong link to pay. No I did not. If it says "Add booster add on" how can it be wrong? Sent an email for them this morning, still no answer. Has anyone else experienced this kind of BS from Koodo prepaid?

Now it disappeared from my credits as well. What are you guys doing there?

Customer service said the opposite! And the money is in credits now, so why cannot I move it to add on booster?

Now it worked! Took only a half a day! Could move the credit to booster add on! 
Well, customer service hasn't still contacted me, so I presume they don't care.

If I don't find another provider before that. I guess you work there? Since you sound exactly like Koodo customer service.
