I have a Koodo prepaid. Add on goes directly to credit, not as an active talk add on. Cannot even call to customer service. Had an important call to make this morning, and still can't make it. Call is to neighbor city, and should be covered with my base plan, but it is not! This is the second time similar happends, and last time cusomer service blamed me, to use a wrong link to pay. No I did not. If it says "Add booster add on" how can it be wrong? Sent an email for them this morning, still no answer. Has anyone else experienced this kind of BS from Koodo prepaid?
