I am attempting to replace  my son's stolen SIM card. The SIM card was stolen before June 1. I am attempting to change the renewal date as I do not wish to pay for the rest of the month that i could not afford to pay for.

If you don't top up on-time, the renewal date will change to one month after you do end up topping up.

Just so you know, Rebecca, your son's prepaid account will remain active up to 90 days after the expiry date of his base plan.

If you renew his base plan (top up) 89 days after the expiry date, you will still have full access to his boosters, phone number and account.

However I would not really advise it, if something goes wrong or if you forget to top up for some reason, you are out of luck... but at least you know it is possible.

Thank you for your help. So the date I see in the self.serve should change? I had suspended Sim until we recovered or got a new Sim. When I am on the self serve page it says the renewal date is June 3rd.

Yes, exactly, the new (future) renewal date will be 30 days after the day you actually renew, not the date mentioned in self service.
